Why can't I find the item advertised? Our advertised products become popular & tend to sell out quickly. Inventory is updated daily; check back at a later date item may be restocked.
Why is the item listed in a curtain collection but not available in those sizes? Many products are available in different sizes if you don't see your size available it is currently sold out. Inventory is updated daily.
Do you have a size guide? Most products have individual size guides attached in product description or pictures. Please check each size guide before placing an order to avoid after sale issues.
Can I exchange an item? Unfortunately we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return item as long as it meets return requirements and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
Can I cancel my order? Please contact us via email nfashionshowroom@gmail.com if the order has not been processed then our customer service can cancel the order. If the order has been processed, once you receive your products contact us within the 3-7 day return policy to start a return.
